Real Estate Property Tax Fighters was started by two old college friends, Jacob Sharff and Michael Narula. When Jacob bought his first home he asked Mike, a real estate professional, how he could reduce his property tax bill. Mike suggested contacting a traditional, contingency based tax appeal company, however, Jacob quickly found that since he didn’t have a multi-million dollar home, the contingency based companies had no interest in helping him. It wasn’t too difficult to realize that if they didn’t want to help Jacob, that there must be thousands of other homeowners in South FLorida who aren’t being represented fairly either. Thus, the two created a reasonable flat fee based property tax appeal company, and thus, Real Estate Property Tax Fighters was born.
Michael Narula
Michael was born and raised in Miami. He attended the University of Florida, where he received a Bachelors of Science in Finance, a Bachelors of Arts in Economics, a Masters of Arts in International Business, and a Masters of Business Administration. Brought up in the business by his parents, Michael has always been passionate about real estate. He has worked in real estate his entire life, setting sales records in various different residential and commercial real estate companies that he has worked in. He has extensive experience in residential and commercial sales and leasing throughout Florida, having worked for some of the top companies in the state representing Buyers, Sellers, Tenants, and Landlords. Michael actively oversees Real Estate Property Tax Fighters, leading expansion efforts and company finance, while also personally handling all commercial appeals throughout the state.
Jacob Sharff
Jacob was born and raised in Palm Beach, and also attend the University of Florida where he received a Bachelors in Business Administration. Jacob is a licensed real estate salesperson and an active real estate investor, owning multiple residential and commercial properties throughout Palm Beach County. Jacob is an instrumental part of Real Estate Property Tax Fighters, overseeing daily operations, sales, and logistics.
Our Staff
Our staff is comprised of various sales and marketing professionals, many of whom are also University of Florida graduates. Most importantly, we have a staff of appraisers with dozens of years of experience in real estate appraisals in the state of Florida. They are the experts that allow Real Estate Property Tax Fighters to be so successful at reducing property tax assessments. Their vast experience and expertise in their individual property types and geographic markets ensure that each property we handle gets the best possible representation.
