Step 1: Sign-Up:
First, you will need to choose which of our 3 services you'd like us to perform. If you are not sure whether or not you have a legitimate claim we will do a full comparative market analysis for a flat fee of $89. After our analysis is complete you will be able to better understand if your claim holds weight.
We will handle filing your Value Adjustment Board appeal with all necessary information for $35. After choosing this option all mailed correspondence from the VAB will come to our office. Lastly, we will argue and/or attend the Value Adjustment Board hearing on your behalf for a one-time flat fee of $200. The appeal process can be intimidating, we take on that burden so you don't have to.
Our specialists will work to obtain a reduction in your property taxes. We will get the Property Appraiser's Office to reduce your taxes to a fair and reasonable amount, if not we will attend your VAB hearing and argue your case there. If you are confident you have a claim and would like us to handle all 3 options you can choose our Bundle Package for a flat fee of $275. When choosing the Bundle Package you save $49, this is the best value.
Step 2: You Relax, We Work:
You are busy, let us handle the work. During this process our specialists will search literally thousands of properties in your county, finding homes with similar and comparable traits. We then do an in-depth comparative market analysis of all homes for sale and/or sold in your area during the relevant time frame.
Step 3: Argue Your Case:
The last thing to do is present your case. Arguing your case to the Property Appraiser's Office can be very intimidating if you don't know what types of evidence to present. Our specialists will handle all correspondence with the Appraiser's office and/or Value Adjustment Board on your behalf so you don't have to stumble through the process.
